Abstract:
Idioms with the meaning of emotional state make a separate group of Russian phraseology. A characteristic feature of the group is a common component of the meaning «feel any state» or «be in any condition». These idioms are characterized by a variety of grammatical structures and specific definition of meanings. All its members have two signs: common and differential, reflecting their denotation peculiarity - specific emotional state of a person. This is the feature of this group.
