Abstract:

Socialist Korea is the first in the East that initiated universal compulsory primary education, then - obligatory incomplete and it is the world´s first that initiated compulsory full secondary education. Thanks to public education many talented scientists and technicians were grown up in the country who have made significant contributions to the economic and cultural potential of their Motherland.
