Abstract:

The article gives the analysis of the methods and techniques of traditional folk pedagogy by an example of the Russian people. It shows that many of them are both humanistic and authoritarian orientation. Using the methods and techniques of education in the practice of folk pedagogy involves consideration of both gender and age characteristics of a child, as well as a wide variety of educational situations.
