Abstract:

The problem of relevance of the staff in education polycultural competence in the conditions of the multinational educational environment in this article. Modern staff in education should have tolerance, to be able to conduct intercultural dialogue and peacefully co-exist in a polyethnic space. Program of the professional retraining «Polycultural competence of staff in education» (72 hours) contributes to the formation of polycultural competence. The program is aimed at staff in education, social pedagogy, social workers, parents and others.
