Abstract:
In article the student´s age (16 - 22 years) is considered as crisis of youth. It is shown that a regulation and the most important condition of youthful crisis is the process of individual isolation in the activities, mediated by a system of the public relations. It is pointed out that the process of individualization of development is a foundation for learning regulatory structure of all humans activities in each attribute of its implementation.
