Abstract:
The authority of a teacher is considered in the context of a teacher’s ability to
be in demand source of information for students. On the empirical evidence it is shown that in Uzbekistan the existing contradictions between the traditional model, recognized absolute authority of a teacher, and modern one, oriented on real awareness of professionally significant information, displays in the minds of students.
