ETHNONATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION OF MODERN BELARUSIAN CUISINE

The publication presents the results of the authors´ long-term participation in cultural student events related to the peculiarities of the formation of the Belarusian national cuisine. The integrative interactions of ethnonational and international cuisine of the near abroad countries of Belarus: Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Polandare shown. The quantitative indicators of the presence of certain dishes of the peoples of the world in cultural events related to the ritual and general socialization activities of students of different nationalities are given.
